At Mawowui™, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your Wailana™ rash guard isn't the right fit, we're happy to help with an eligible return or exchange.

30-Day Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, merchandise must:

• Be in its original, unused condition.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be free of signs of water use, washing, sunscreen, stains, odors, or damage.

• Have been tried on indoors only for fit.

Garments worn in the water are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. This restriction does not limit your rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied merchandise.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Visit mawowui.com/returns to submit your request through our returns portal.

Please do not send merchandise back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns and exchanges.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to assist.

Size exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection of the returned merchandise.

For approved size exchanges, Mawowui covers the standard shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or the return results from a Mawowui error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@mawowui.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Photos may be requested to help us evaluate and resolve the problem.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Founders Preorders

Founders preorders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment.

To request a cancellation, email contact@mawowui.com with your order number.

Once a Founders preorder has shipped, our standard return and exchange policy applies.
