Thank you for shopping with Mawowui. Below are our shipping options, estimated delivery times, and instructions for shipping-related questions.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and eligible U.S. military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping options and charges vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. We do not currently offer shipping to U.S. territories or international destinations.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is the time needed to prepare and hand your order to the carrier; it does not include transit time. During unusually high order volumes or unexpected disruptions, processing may take longer. We will communicate material delays when appropriate.

Shipping Rates — Contiguous United States

Standard shipping: $8 on orders under $70.

Free standard shipping: orders of $70 or more.

Express shipping: $15.

Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times — Contiguous United States

Standard shipping: approximately 3–5 business days after shipment.

Express shipping: approximately 1–2 business days after shipment.

These are carrier transit estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The 1–2-business-day order processing period is additional.

Alaska & Hawaii

Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and available USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail services. Delivery estimates vary by destination and are displayed at checkout when available.

We accept eligible APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses where a shipping option is available at checkout. Military shipments may have longer delivery times than the standard estimates above. Please use the appropriate military address format at checkout. If no shipping option appears, contact us before placing your order.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Eligible U.S. military APO/FPO/DPO addresses receive the same shipping rates as the contiguous United States: $8 standard shipping on orders under $70, free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more, and $15 express shipping where available at checkout.

Military shipments may take longer than the usual delivery estimates. Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Founders Preorders

Founders preorder items are charged in full when the order is placed and are not subject to the standard in-stock processing timeline until they are ready for shipment. An estimated shipping window will be provided before purchase. Customers may cancel a Founders preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships by contacting contact@mawowui.com. If the anticipated shipping date changes, we will communicate the delay and provide the choices required by applicable law. After shipment, our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Tracking & Shipping Confirmation

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.

Packages Marked Delivered but Missing

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, with household members, and with neighbors or building staff where applicable. Allow up to 48 hours after the delivery scan in case the package arrives shortly afterward. If it is still missing, email contact@mawowui.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears lost, is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact contact@mawowui.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage, please retain the packaging and consider taking photos for your records; we may request photos to help assess the claim. We will review the circumstances and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@mawowui.com. We will try to help before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed or handed to the carrier. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout may be the customer’s responsibility. If the error was ours, we will work to correct it.
